Zusammenfassung
With the purpose of identify the most frequent administrative difficulties in managing the cooperative enterprise, and detecting common problems, also, the effects and negative implications, due of the loss of confidence relative with solidarity or with social business model. These topics are part of the objectives of this paper, which it is the information obtained from an investigation performed during the year 2014 in a selected sample of companies located in the Valle del Cauca - Colombia. In Colombia, the cooperatives have faced a tough fight to achieve a market position after the negative experiences and results obtained during the nineties years, reaching results of patrimonial detriment, which, even today undermine the credibility and trust their partners and of the community. In addition to that, it is well known, that, to achieve a cooperative company competitive and stay on the market by long term quality, which, it is required among other things, a high degree of governance in the management encompassing with processes of innovation and creativity, also, building a social balance to propose progress, effectiveness and approach appropriate development plan by the corresponding managers, leading to the Companies to reach the proposed objectives and goals to achieve administrative efficiency.
