This paper presents a method to get and integrate relevant information into the Social Responsibility (SR) management system; any organization can put in practice the method as well. Authors carry out an example based on the environmental aspects of SR. In this example, they get relevant information on environmental issues, analyze the information by mean of content analysis, compare this information with the perceptions of society and obtain the key points to integrate into the SR management system. They also propose the way of learning about the relevance of the term SR in the technical scientific community. This leads, by mean of certain management standards, to an operative procedure easily applicable to any organizations.
