Abstract

Police Performance, even if one of the most difficult grounds for conciliation presents itself as an unmissable new tool toward public safety and legal security. Throughout the current piece of work we set the basic legal frame which drives police duties and the rules to distinguish in between public and private conflict and thus to set whether they are entitled to conciliation or not. We aim at showing a pattern of police which aligns with social changes or issues, which promotes an active answer in front of conciliation when it comes to restoring justice as well as the necessary changes within the police system.
