Resumen

The characteristics of the real social model in permanent change have given to the formation in its different modalities a decisive role in the adaptation to the environment and a tool of first order to obtain a competitive position in the labor market. This article recognizes research carried out in the context of Avila and its province and in the field of vocational training of the education system and training for employment. We will start by performing an analysis of reality from the different areas that make up, for a version of them and following a theoretical model, we can extract an array of needs. The final objective of this analysis is twofold: on the one hand to provide a truthful and contrasted information of the context and, on the other hand, to create a protocol of analysis of the reality that allows to implement the educational and labor leaders the best ones in the immediate future. The results obtained were grouped in the function of the various territorial unit definition, which cover from the context to the intervening variables in the training programs.
