Abstract
Teresa de Jesús, a brave woman, learnt how to distinguish between what was God´s willingness from her individual desires: to recognize the deceits of the evil spirit, the temptation… In all this process it had positively influenced some positive elements as good readings, people spiritual advice, or The Words of Jesus. Along her life we can also find a similarity with the master of spiritual insight, as well as the key to the spiritual support of young people.
